Responsible for and reporting to the Head of Growth & Acquisition Division regarding the quantity and quality of customers in each segment.Developing strategies and programs to improve the quality of blu customers.Developing and evaluating loyalty programs for each segment in blu.Coordinating and controlling the development of various internal blu promotions with relevant internal and external parties in order to improve the quality and quantity of blu customers.Coordinating with internal and external parties to increase funds, including optimizing the use of investment/insurance/other products by blu customers.Building good relationships with customers in each segment.Coordinating with the operations team regarding programs to be implemented by Customer Service.Managing and monitoring the budget to ensure it is used effectively and appropriately.Collaborating with the business team on the development of promotional programs and system enhancements.
